Hi. I have the TV mentioned in the subject. When I go to the media player, and select Video > Folders, it doesn't show all the folders. I have my files arranged as TV, Music and Films, and below that, folders with the title of the film or TV series. Some of these folders aren't shown. I've checked the contents of the folders, and for example, there are some folders containing .avi files encoded as XviD that it shows perfectly well, and some folders containing files .avi encoded the same (XviD again) that it doesn't.
I have the same issues with folders containing .mkv files (some shown, some not). Is there something I need to do with the folder or file names to correct this?
The files are kept on a DNS-323 NAS box, and the TV is connected wirelessly to my Virgin hub, the DNS is wired to the hub.
Can anyone help?
