Not registering anything in Register Product page

Hi, 

purchased new Sony wireless headphones. 

• I am currently on the "Register a product" page
• can input model number and get green tick
• Anything in "Purchase Details" cannot be ticked/clicked
• therefore will not register any product

Anyone got the same problem?

Did you try from a different browser or device?

Also, incognito mode (private browsing mode) usually helps.
