&lt;P&gt;You could try a soft reset, which may help.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;It may be that your&amp;nbsp;TVs is not set up to store Freesat channels. See &lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/android-tv/storing-freesat-channels-on-a-kd-43xe8077/m-p/2500260" target="_blank"&gt;this thread&lt;/A&gt; for an explanation of this.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If this is the case and Freesat viewing is a big part of your viewing, a workaround would be to purchase a basic Freesat box.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Storing Freesat channels on a KD43XF8505 LED</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a&amp;nbsp;KD43XF8505 LED TV bought less than a week ago. &amp;nbsp;I can search for and view nearly 1,000 satellite channels, switching between these without a problem - for a while. &amp;nbsp;However, later in the day, or certainly by the following day, all satellite channels have disappeared and have to be searched for again. &amp;nbsp;They are not being stored.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any suggestions for a fix would be appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
