Storing Freesat channels on a KD43XF8505 LED

I have a KD43XF8505 LED TV bought less than a week ago. I can search for and view nearly 1,000 satellite channels, switching between these without a problem - for a while. However, later in the day, or certainly by the following day, all satellite channels have disappeared and have to be searched for again. They are not being stored.

Any suggestions for a fix would be appreciated.

Hi @lancer22

You could try a soft reset, which may help.

It may be that your TVs is not set up to store Freesat channels. See this thread for an explanation of this.

If this is the case and Freesat viewing is a big part of your viewing, a workaround would be to purchase a basic Freesat box.
