TV turning off on its own and white screen flashes

Hi, I have a Sony Bravia KD-55XE9005 and it randomly keeps turning itself off completely. Its connected through a BT4K box and when I turn it back on again it goes straight back to the same channel, as opposed to back to BT menu home page i.e. not the same as when i turn it off and back on again normally.
I have also noticed white flashes, I watch a lot of sport, so notice it more with live sport ( BT Sport and Sky Sports through AppleTV 4K box and Now TV, bacisally I don't have a dish!). I have seen some posts about scene changes, but i dont think mine is the same. I have seen posts about changing the MOTION FLOW setting so trying that right now. ( now set to custom mode and 1)

I have had the TV since the end of March, and it wasnt a problem to begin with, and the TV is up to date with the Firmware, power saving modes are turned off.
