SONY Bravia Picture in Picture

Need help changing the audio and picture using the remote. I am able to get the tv in a small window in the upper right and spotify in the main screen. The audio plays from the tv. The left and right on remote is supposed to change the audio but it moves the controls (play/fast forward etc.) on spotify instead.Would also like to be able to swap the pictures.

Anyone with ideas would be greatly appreciated.
