Ever since I installed the latest firmware update a couple of days ago, whenever I turn on the TV, rather than content being instantly available it goes through the full android start up routine. It seems that going into stand by is now actually switching it off. I've had a look at the power settings and both Power saving and Idle TV standby are set to off.
