Sony XF90 Reboot On Power On

Hello. I have 2x Sony XF90s a 49" and a 55". Since the most recent automatic update to 7140 they're both intermittently rebooting after being powered on from standby.

They come on - you see the TV picture or home screen - but then screen goes black and a few seconds later white Sony logo followed by the android animation.

They both come back on and work 100% normally afterwards.

As I say intermittent on both TVs which is why I think it's to do with the update rather than a hardware issue. Before I do factory resets on them both (which I was hoping to avoid), is anyone else seeing this.

Any suggestions?

In the meantime, you can try clearing the cached data as a workaround (under Device Preferences - Storage - Internal Shared Storage - Cached data) then restart by holding power, doesn't work for everyone but worth a shot.

l have exactly the same issue since the auto update on my KD55AFB. Does anyone know how to contact customer services as I have a five year guarantee

Even after the latest update 7165 both my xf90s are randomly rebooting. Should I factory reset them, or is this still a known issue? Thanks a lot!
