Can't find iPlayer or ITV HUB - Sony Bravia XR55X94J

Hi all

I have a Sony Bravia XR55X94J. All works fine until I started to look for BBC iPlayer and ITV Hub. I thought it was strange that they weren't on the App store so assumed something was wrong.

Is there a reason I can't download these two apps. Is there an alternative method?

I have heard of Youview but cannot locate that either.

These apps, on the 2021 sets, are delayed. Sony promises them for ‘later in the year’, but that is what they said about recording from YouView in 2015, and we are still waiting,

YouView is now under ‘Live and Catch-up TV’. Like BT, Sony are avoiding the use of the Y-word these days 😢
