Cant watch the Disney + (X90J) though it has been installed

I cant watch Disney + even though I got the app. .

The screen just shows " Disney has a new update. Please update the app by visiting the store.

My TV is X90J google TV

Please help how to update the app. Thanks

First try a restart of Android TV, press and hold Power / OFF on the Remote ...

It could also be a network problem, are other applications working fine?

I tired but still in vain. The verison shown in the TV is out update but I cant do the update.

Do you know how to do the update manually ?

If you can, uninstall the App and then install it again.

I dont know there is no button for uninstalling Disney+ app but other apps does. It looks very strange.

It is therefore an App considered to be a System, it cannot be uninstalled.

Check if at least it is allowed to clear the cache memory ...

Hey andywkchoi, you do the updates from Google Play Store, you need to have a Google account and to login to it then find the app and update it. Or from settings on the Home menu, then apps, find Disney + then click on it and click update.
