SONY XR-5593J is not recording

I recently bought a Sony Google TV. It is great, though I cannot record anything on HDD. I have used WD My Passport Ultra before with a different Sony TV. I have registered it again and checked its performance. It`s OK. The message I receive is `the record cannot start`. The error is `LNB overload. Check the satellite connection.` My cable tv provider assures me everything is fine, as long as the image does not suffer.

Can someone help me?

I've got a horrible feeling that it can't record Freesat (Satellite) as there's no power to the satellite tuner when switched off (although good luck on finding someone from Sony to tell you this) I'm sure it works fine on Freeview (Terrestrial) but just not the satellite input. It's not a popular answer but I'm pretty sure it's the correct answer.

Hey B357ZEN, the TV doesn't support recording from Freesat.
