Device over heat, it fails to charge to 100%, it goes off instantly when connected with a pc

My device usually over heat and the battery drains fast, it will never charge to 100% and it will take almost 8 hours to get it to 90 or 94%. When ever i try to connect it with a pc, it usually goes off.. I am open to advice people.

@Holubanty01 did you recently updated the software?

Anyway, try this:

Reboot in safe mode, check if the phone charge properly, if not proceed with a software repair.

i is not charging normally in safe mode as well.. I can't perform a software repair because it will go off if i connect it with a computer.

@Holubanty01 sorry then, you'll have to ask for inspection or replacement. It may be a defective battery or the charging circuit went banana. Please contact your Local support
