Old SD Card and Album not working

Hi guys and gals!

I know this have been posted before however there's a slight change in the situation.

So,i bought Xperia L for my mom and her's previous phone is 2008 model Nokia E66 and uses the pre-equipped 2008 model of 2gb Micro SD card.And i just put in the old micro sd card into the all new xperia l.

At first it was running all fine(pics/music/videos running all fine using sony apps) until i start having the notification "com.android.media stopped working"so i tried clearing data or media storage and it works(i think so)

But then no pictures/music/videos is the album,walkman and movies app(all of them are at latest update) are there,respectively.

Tried clearing data for all of the apps but nothing works.So does the old micro SD card making some problems or maybe there's faulty parameters in the settings?

Any help or feedback is highly appreciated.

What if you delete the thumbnails folder > restart the phone

Can't do it rite now cause my mom is bringing it to work XD

The problem is solved just like that without any reasons.

My mom said she was taking pictures and surf the album freely during lunch.Maybe the clearing data need some time to react.
