Whenever i make or receive a phone call, the phone restarts. Another issue is that i cannot play sound, either whats app's audios or videos. Besides the ringtone doesn't play. (although the vibrator works)</P><P>I already tried changing the battery and restoring to default config, but didn't solve it.
