Xperia L not switching ON

Hi,

My Xperia L is not switching ON even after charging whole day. The notification light still shows RED when charger is plugged in. Kindly help.

Welcome to the community.

I'm sorry to hear this. I recommend that you try and temporarily remove the battery from the device then put it back in. Then try to start the device again as normal.

I'd also recommend that you charging your device using a different charger. If you are still experiencing the same behavior I recommend that your try to replace the battery in your device.

Thanks for your suggestions. The First Aid is done! nothing worked. Need an alternate solution.

If the device doesn't start up after trying the things I suggested in my previous post, I recommend that you get in contact with your Local support for assistance with having your device sent in to an authorized service center.

You local support team can also assist you with questions regarding service routines in your country/region.
