My phone won't turn on

Hey,

About an hour ago my phone started acting weird. Everytime I tried to use the keyboard it closed whatever I was doign down (I was trying to send a text, but it closed down google and anything else I tried to experiment using the keyboard with).

So I tried turning it off and on again. Then I took the battery out for a couple of minutes (and put it back in)

I was just thinking about a system reset when it stopped turning on. I get a couple of flashing red lights sometimes. Occasionally it turns on, same keyboard problem, black screen within a minute.

I try and use the PC companion to update the software, but it connects, then tells me to pull the bar down from the top and click connect - there is no bar. It's just the charging screen. Turning the phone back on disconnects it.

Are there any other suggestions?

Backup everything as it will erase all data on phone (sms, contacts,apps)

Update/Repair your phone via PCC or SUS

PCC (PC COMPANION) – Repair your software with this .First do the setup without connecting your mobile to pc.(only connect when you are asked to).

Do it as follow >> PCC > SUPPORT ZONE> SOFTWARE UPDATE> REPAIR SOFTWARE (written with blue)

Neither of them work.

The phone connects, then it displays the charging screen with no status bar to drag down like the updaters ask, so I can't do anything.

Use SUS.... you don't need to drag any bar

You need to flash your phone and that's done when mobile is off

No need to even turn on your phone

Install SUS and follow the instructions

What error does it shows ?

It never showed an error. It just asked me to drag the status bar down and select connect. There was no status bar to do this, so I was stuck

My phone seems to be on again now, the time has been reset, but I still have all my numbers.

But the keyboard is still closing my messagaed down when I try and type. Sometimes it does straight to the camera from my conversations.

See, Switch off your mobile and repair your software...

If SUS asks you to drag status bar down, means that quite impossible... because SUS needs mobile to be completely switched off... i don't really know what program are you using

It could be a software glitch due to which your phone is working this way...

My sleeping time here, i wrote the steps above...

P.S. while using any of the programmes (SUS,PCC) connect your mobile only when you are asked to and it should be switched off

Thank you for trying to help.

I realised that it was the PC companion that was popping up asking me to drag.

My phone doesn't connect to SUS at all.

Try using another PC...it should connect

Try turning firewall and antivirus, boot pc in safe mode with networking on
