      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Guys,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm trying to update my Sony Ericsson Arc S to Android 4.0 but it failed a couple of time with error without initialising the update part. i'm using the PC companion on Windows 7 PC.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;request some help on the same&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Whilst using the Sony PC Companion, following is the error message&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Installation Error&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Unable to install or start phone software update components&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tried using the Update service, its start with initialising the Synchronising and the fails with an Unexpectional error and exits.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;do let me know, if you require more details&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

It worked.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could you please confirm why does the handset gets HOT whilst playing games / using the Camera over long periods. Handset is Normal whilst using other functions.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is everything right with the Handset????.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

Its only happening whilst using media (games &amp;amp; camera) otherweise the Handset is perfectly fine. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Will repairing the Phone using the PCC help????&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Advice plz!!!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yes, it has been observed for quite a number of people that reinstalling second time resulted in clear installation, the first install in few cases was somewhat improper but the second did the job, a must go for you , after reinstallling everything should be fine, &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Phone heats up during calls, play, videos, etc and its totally normal but make sure the heat is bearable, &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Go for a software repair, it may improve your experience &lt;IMG class="lia-deferred-image lia-image-emoji" src="https://community.sony.ua/html/images/smilies/011.png" alt="Slightly_smiling_Face" title="Slightly_smiling_Face" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
