I was so happy with it. It became my best friend. First week of May 2012 it died on me. Couldn't turn it on, connect to my PC or charge it, which would make it seem like a battery problem. </P><P>I sent it to the seller's repair centre, which in turn sent it back to Sony. Since then, no word. I can't get a status update or an estimation on how long I will have to wait still.</P><P>To put it mildly, I am very upset.
