Hello everybody.

If I tried to copy a file to internal memory the error message "the size of the file is above the limit of phone space" ( translated from german ) is shown!

But my Internal phone memory is free with about more than 20 GB ???

Maximum allowed size is 2gb, default by android

I have a brilliant idea, use winrar or something similar on your PC compress and split the file -> transfer them to your Xperia S -> install unzip or a similar app on your Xperia S -> unzip them all and voila

I haven't tried it myself but it doesn't hurt to give it a shot

I would have suggested that, infact i use this way to transfer contents from pc to other things ( windows have size limit as 4gb ) but the thing is .mkv file seems to be a movie file ( correct me if i am wrong ) and thus, couln't be rared unrared lol

you can change the format with "formatfactory" its free (for PC)
