Update to build number 6.0.A.75 from 6.0.A.73 failed

Hi !!

When i connected my mobile to Laptop, it showed that there is an update to 6.0.A.75 from 6.0.A.73 is available and when i clicked on update, it failed in the second step of "Prepare" and the error messages are "Unable to install or start phone software update components" and "The Update or Software failed".

So, please help me here what is the problem for failure?

Thanks, This one worked fine but now the same problem of auto wake up of phone's display has re-appeared again with this update.

I have replied back to this problem in earlier discussion where update to .73 resolved this problem and now, update to .75 brought it back..

Is there any other reason that caused this problem?

does this happen with the regular wall charger or when you connect it to a computer ?

It happens normally and if no charger or USB cable is connected..

Battery is completely getting drained due to this.

No third party live wallpapers are installed in my mobile.. This started happening as soon as i upgraded to .75.

Can i downgrade again back to .73 where the probem wasn't there? If so, please let me know the way to downgrade.
