can anyone help.

My Sony ht-zf9 soundbar has an issue. After 5 or so minutes the volume doubles in volume, I can use the remote to lower the volume, but it happens repeatedly.

I try to go into settings, but when I attempt to do so, I get a message saying I can't access settings at this time....help please

have you tried to reset the soundbar?

Hi Billboo85, try the reset as Nic said, there's a reset without he menu. Also, try to leave it unplugged from the mains for few minutes first.. that helps in a lot of cases.
