    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Billboo85, try the reset as Nic said, there's a reset without he menu. Also, try to leave it unplugged from the mains for few minutes first.. that helps in a lot of cases.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;can anyone help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My Sony&amp;nbsp; ht-zf9 soundbar has an issue. After 5 or so minutes the volume doubles in volume, I can use the remote to lower the volume, but it happens repeatedly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I try to go into settings, but when I attempt to do so, I get a message saying I can't access settings at this time....help please &lt;img class="lia-deferred-image lia-image-emoji" src="https://community.sony.ua/html/@3191CA7235A406D833094BA2DD1CF2FF/images/smilies/011.png" alt=":slight_smile:" title=":slight_smile:" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
