LCD Screen Problem

Hello, for some time the screen of my phone makes streaks (see photo below). I specify that the screen did not take any shock, I tried a restart, a re-factory value and then a restoration of the XPERIA software without any result. So I would like to know if the bug has already happened, and if so, the possible solutions to solve it.

Hi my sons phone has the same issue, I took it into a three store and they tried to tel me it had got wet which I know hasn't happened. Have you had any info yet?

Did you repair the software using Xperia Companion? I'd do that over a factory reset via the settings.

If that doesn't fix it then it mostly likely is a hardware error, either from damage (e.g. drop) or if it is a fault with the device then you'd be better of contacting your local Sony mobile support for a repair under warranty.

I have had my XA for about a month and it has no issues.
