Random noises when watching YouTube and other stuff

Two different rings, one low and one high, start playing when watching YouTube videos, or listening to Spotify. It's really annoying, and I've tried messing with the sound settings but nothing changes

This is very strange, do you experience the same thing while your phone is in safe mode?

This doesn't solve the entire problem. However, before switching to safe mode, the noises happened when the phone was on and off. The sounds only occur when the device is on now.

While playing videos of any kind, two random rings start playing. This happens with videos I record, YouTube, Skype video messages, and Instagram. This also happens when I listen of Spotify only when I leave my phone on tough.

I tried rebooting to safe mode, but it still happens.

@Fantabulous,

It sounds like it would be something with third party apps, but then it wouldn't happen in safe mode so there must be more to it. Are you able to somehow post a video of the issue so we can have a better understanding of what is happening?
