"unknown" names when people call me XA Ultra

There seem to be a problem when I receive calls on my phone. Every person that phones me, their numbers or names don't show up. It just says "unknown"

I've checked all call settings and couldn't find the problem.

The reason why I reported this is because whoever phones me, their number are saved on my phone with their names and yet it still shows unknown

Any help?

@Uzair14 it may be an issue with your carrier. ~~If you get "unknown" do you get also the phone number? Or is it just "unknown"?~~

I read better the issue and you already said you don't even get a phone number, you may want to contact your carrier to see if there is some setting that is blocking you to receive calls details.
