Can't text or recive pictures on the XA2 ultra

When i try (if it isn't permanently sending) when it sends the recipiant doesn't recive it. The same goes for reciving pictures

do you experience the same issue with ALL contacts or a specific contact?

Which messaging app are you using?

@uliwooly I do have a data plan, am using the default apo fir my phone, called messages, and it happens with all contacts. The same happens for my mom, with another XA2

I would contact your network and check your API settings for MMS are correct, it sounds like they are not.

Have you got all your network setting from your carrier and checked the APN settings in your phone? If not look it up and compare it against your phone details.
