Xa1 ultra loudspeaker wont work

Iv tried both resets factory and standard and neither have fixed this prproblem. I have has this phone for one day. No sound comes from the speaker, also a don't think anyone can hear rme talk. But my alarms sound and so do message alerts. Also can hearhthings through headphones.suggestions.?

If the phone its new, just take it back to the store to get it replace, also test the speaker

Settings > About phone > Diagnostics > Test
