Ringtones and alerts turn off randomly

Ringtones and alerts turn off randomly
Hello

This is my second Xperia XA2 Ultra.

I returned the first one after three weeks for the reason described below:

In a way that I designate as random because I have not identified any trigger event, the sound alerts and the buzzer are disabled. I think I hear them very weakly. The volume is at maximum. The phones have been restored from the factory. The update is 50.1.A.10.40.

A simple reboot is enough to restart everything.

Does anyone know the problem?

I thank you in advance.

cordially

Marc

~~Cordialement~~

~~Marc~~

@Markef

I've edited your post as this is an English only forum, you can use Google Translate to reply and/or post.

Does this happen all the time or only after your phone has been on "Do not disturb mode" ?

Hello
The cause of the problem comes from its connection to Car Cigarette Lighter Socket USB Charger Power Adapter.
I tested several on several cars, the result is the same: I have no ring after.
I do not have this problem with my other smartphones.
I had this problem with two XA2 Ultra. I deduce a problem with the XA2 Ultra.
I return it for exchange against a model of another brand.

Sorry
