Proccess is not reponding

I can't solve this problem after a while my Xperia devices (xa1 plus) some times the process system is not responding and I repaired the software with Xperia companion (3 times) and I can't solve it . After update afew days ago.my phone geting worst .

Clear up some space, at least 80% to make your phone works normally.

Every time my phone reaches the 90% of storage, this dialog occurred.

Process system isnot responding... More than 50% storage is free than also i face same problem. Plz help me to get out of this.
