Hi.

I bought my phone a month or two ago, and watching video Tonight I have seen very tiny white spot on black bacground, than i went on black wallpaper and there are big number of those tiny dots which are visible if one really focus very well on phone, but anyway these are definitelly a Dead pixels, I know it because I have 2 on my computer screen too.

Checking this forum I found People have bigger spots on phones in images they have posted, and I think thats big number of pixels Dead on same place.

I bought my phone in BH Telecom ISP Bosnian provider, and where or whom to contact to return my phone.

People would say these white spots are not even 1mm and hardly even visible on phone and only Black bacground, but unfortunately i know what happens in future with all these white tiny spots.

So, yeah, I have around 5 or 6 very visible and very tiny small Dead pixels, and a lot ones are muddy between white and silver color.

Its easily turning to snow on black backgrounds on my phone and I dont want that.

I picked Sony because of quality, and I am very disapointed.

I want ti return phone, where and how to do it?
