@parthuh, welcome to our forum!

What are you doing in your device when you receive this error message? I remember seeing something similar when I disabled the Google Chrome application by mistake, so could you please check under Settings > Apps & notifications > App-info > Chrome and see if you have disabled this application?

You can also check that you have set a default application for web browsing. Settings > Apps & notifications > Advanced > Default Apps > Browser app > Chrome.

Hi again @parthuh,

It does sound like you don't have a web browser application installed or enabled in your device. Are you trying to open a link from an application when this occurs or what are you doing in the device?

When you checked in Settings > Apps & notifications > App info > Chrome, was this app enabled, or disabled? If it is disabled, tap on it and enable it.
