XPERIA XA2 Bluetooth command issue

Dear,

I have a XPERIA XA2 and a XPERIA Z1C which I use to listen music in my car through the bluetooth connection

I use Z1C since severals years and I don't have any issues with it in two different cars.

But, with the XA2, I have the following problem :
The first time I pair the phone, everything woks well :
Song + Title update + Command
But, when I quit the car and I come back :
1) The song title in my car is not updated. The tittle is the last song when I quit the car.
2) the command from the car to the phone doesn't work anymore : backward, forward, pause
This is really anoing as I have to do it on my phone which for security reason is not autorized and dangerous.
3) the sound is transmitted correctly
4) Normally, the song should start automatically when I enter the car. I'm not sure it happens.

TO solve the issue, I have to :
- delete the Connection in the phone and the car.
- rename the phone (if I don't rename the phone, the new connection doesn't solve the issue).
- make a new connection
It works until next loses of the BT connection.

As I have two XPERIA phone and everything is working well with the Z1C, I suppose the problem is with the XA2.

Nobody had this kind of problem?

Today

I call SONY Support France.

The support told me that it is normal and is due to a compatibility problem in the BlueTooth protocol.

I checked on GSMARENA:

1) XA2 is "5.0, A2DP, aptX HD, LE"

2) Z1C is "4.0, A2DP, aptX"

What is important is that AptX has a better sound and that's the case!

Now, can you accept that a better version is now incompatible with STANDARD features (PAUSE, Backward, Forward)?

I am an engineer in electronics and software. I can not accept this kind of answer!

It's a shame, because I now lose confidence in Sony and I will not try another model (it's too risky).

I will publish a short story on FB about this issue.

I will receive an iPhone from my company and I will certainly not fight against an incompetent support
