The best possible solution in this case is to backup your settings and factory reset the phone to original. mine kind of does the same thing but I also have been eliminating certain apps that might be causing any issues so that's also another thing to consider. Best of luck with this!

Ik have don don that a lot but it wil not work. I have sent the phone back and now get a new phone. Thanks for the help.
