How to change dateformat to ISO standard?

Hi,

for quite some time i struggle with the datesettings.

Living in Austria my phone is set to the according languagesetting resulting in a weird dateformat of (today) 12.09.2018 (December? September? ... who can tell)

This can be confusing and expensive in international communication, when sending datestamped pictures to international insurances when confusing formatting is used.

Therefore there exists an international standart printing the date as YYYY-MM-DD formated.

Same goes with some mailprograms which lists mails acc to dateformat (had the case, where I was forced to rediscuss a sending of last years may the 6th, but June the 5th got out).

On my old devices this was easy to set to, but i cannot find the setting in my XA1-Dual.

So where can i set my devices datesetting acc to ISO?
