I have translated your question to English as this is an International forum.

If you used the inbuilt feature to block calls, you can find a list of the numbers if you open up the Phone application > tap the 3 dots in the top right corner > Settings > Block numbers. Tap the little "x" icon to the right of the number you want to remove from the list.
