Problem with syncing to Google

Hi, I can't sync my contacts with the Google account. I am still missing contacts in my XA2 ultra. I have tried to restart and manually forced a sync from the settings menu without any positive results.

@alphapapaactual try logging into https://www.google.com/contacts/ on desktop or phone browser and check if your contacts are there. perhaps some of your contacts are saved to another device's storage instead of Google's and that's why they're not syncing.

That is not the problem because all my contacts are synced to Google and my other devices.

Somehow the XA2 Ultra have a problem. I also experience problems with sync to Outlook..

Still no success to sync my contacts. They don't show up. I believe the problem goes both ways as well... Can't upload or download contacts to Google. Also tried their own "contacts app".
