Speaker Not working

Hello,

my internal speakers suddenly stop working. I have already rebooted and checked the settings but no success. What can I do?

Hi @Famebreaker, sorry to hear about this.

Are the speakers working in the inbuilt test in device? You can find the test in Settings > Support > Tests.

You can also make sure that you have not activated the Do Not Disturb mode in your device. Press and hold the volume up button and see if it exits this mode.
