You can find the test in Settings &amp;gt; Support &amp;gt; Tests.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You can also make sure that you have not activated the Do Not Disturb mode in your device. Press and hold the volume up button and see if it exits this mode.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Let me know how it goes!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hello,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;my internal speakers suddenly stop working.&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN&gt;I have already rebooted and checked the settings but no success.&lt;/SPAN&gt; What can I do?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Best Regards&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
