This will delete all data stored on the internal storage and reinstall the latest available update. In the same process the screen lock will also be removed.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Keep in mind that you will need to use your Google credentials&amp;nbsp;to be able to use the device after it has been reset, due to the anti theft feature called Google Device Protection.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Make sure that the device is turned off and not connected to the computer when you start with the repair.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Let me know if that helps!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
