My phone shuts off when it goes to sleep then have to press power and volume up button to restart it

Hi @Annabanana63, sorry to about that.

Does this only occur when the device is in sleep/idle mode, or do you experience it when you are using the device as well?

If it only occurs when the device is in sleep/idle, try restart your device in safe mode and see if you still experience this behaviour, when downloaded applications aren't loaded.

Emergency mode does not help. After the update 50.1.A.13.83 I noticed that the phone resets the phone sometimes. All you need to do is unplug the memory card in the memory section on settings and the phone no longer resets. Sony fix it. Sony mobile does not react, no help.
