If your operator supports the service called "Call waiting" you will be notified when you have a new incoming call, during an active call and you can choose to answer the incoming call and the person you already had a call with, will be put on hold and you will have an option on the call screen called "Swap". This function always you to swap between the calls.

You can find call waiting if you open up the application called "Phone" > 3 dots in the top right corner > Settings > Calls > Additional settings. To activate or deactivate call waiting, tap the switch beside Call waiting.

If you are not sure if your operator supports this feature, please contact them and they will be able to answer this for you.
