Stamina Mode vs. Automatic Play Store Updates

Hello!
I'm having trouble with Stamina mode and the Play Store.
I think Stamina mode and the Play Store are in some conflict because since I upgraded to Oreo, the Play Store has stopped updating applications automatically even though the options to do so are automatically enabled.
When I have a new app update, I'm notified, but the Play Store does not update automatically, I have to sign in to the Play Store and ask for updates to be made.
I noticed that when I plug my XA1 into a power source (PC or directly into the power) it starts to update the applications of the Play Store automatically, being connected to a power source it disables the Stamina mode.
Then you'll tell me: "then disable Stamina mode so the Play Store will update your apps normally," but that does not work!
My XA1 only updates the Play Store on automatic if it is connected to a power source.
The procedures that I have already tried to solve the problem were as follows:

I restored the smarphone by the device itself;
I restored the software using Xperia Companion;
I uninstalled the Play Store for the factory version and let it update itself;
I cleared the data and cash from the Play Store;

Neither of these procedures solved my problem, it only updates if you are connected to the electrical power or if I even ask to update all the applications, indivual or together.
In Stamina mode I include the Play Store in the power saving mode exceptions and even then nothing worked out.
Can it really be a conflict between Stamina mode and the Play Store? Or even a conflict between Oreo Vs. Stamina Mode vs. Play Store?
I got in touch with the support here in Brazil, but they ask me to take it to technical assistance, but I can not see this problem as something physical, but as a system error, an application conflict.
I really wish someone could give me a concrete answer on that.
