Hi @Erylis, sorry to hear about what has happened.

This is a bit tricky for me to answer as the cost for repairs may differ between markets/regions, so I would recommend that you get in touch with your Local support team and see if you can get an estimated repair cost for repairing your Xperia XA1 in the country where you are situated.

They will gladly answers all other questions that you may have in regards to the local service routines and so forth.

If your screen is not broken and if you have a problem sensitivity I invite you to please review the subject:/t5/Xperia-XA1/Oreo-update-issues-touch-screen/m-p/1326405#M4936: where you have discussion about this oakma otherwise the replacement of the screen is approximately 80 to 100 dollars
