Hi @matie29, I am sorry to hear about this.

In addition to what @uliwooly mentioned, I would also suggest that you check whether mobile data is enabled or not.

You might experience that you cannot send or receive MMS (Multimedia Messaging Service) on your Xperia device running on Android 8.0 or higher, without enabling mobile data. This is by design.

Turn off "saving data" mode.

(I did not know how to write but the point is that you have to turn off data saving.) It helped me

So you mean "BY DESIGN" you force me BUYING data credits to get my FREE MMS ?

Can you please explain what "by design" means ?
