My sony Xperia XA1 Dual Sim is restarting again and again .

I have already done factory data reset but still facing this and i tried to updated my phone then I tried to hold volume up button and power button together for at least 10 seconds as I read in other comments to fix this type of problem but still it is no use. What can I do now?

Hi @Vin13, sorry to hear about this.

Have you tried removing the SIM and/or SD cards from your device? If either of them are defect, it can cause the device to restart over and over again.

If there is no change after removing the cards, perform a software repair using Xperia Companion as this will also reinstall the latest available software in the device, something that a factory reset does not do.
