Problem with pop ups on Xperia XA

Every time i unlock my phone without even opening chrome, there is a pop up that i can't get rid off. Please help.

@Mony29 Boot in safe mode and see if the same occurs, I have a feeling it is an app you have installed.

Every time is a different ad, but it pops up only when i unlock my phone.

Ah yes. I believe @alexdon is right on this. It will be caused by a third party app you have installed. It's just a matter of determining which one.

I uninstalled everything i downloaded the same day and it's still there. Is there any way i can determinate which one ist it?

It could be anything, not just the apps you downloaded that day. It could be an update to an older app for example.

To determine what it is, you will have to uninstall apps one by one and test after you have uninstalled each. I also recommend that you restart your phone after each uninstall.

If that still does not help, then the only thing I can think of to resolve this is a software repair using Xperia Companion.

Check download apps again and look for a app with no pic, usually at the top, then go into admin and see if it has admin rights, if it does, uncheck and uninstall. If not, just uninstall.
