    <description>You may have some interferences disrupting your regular wifi usage, if your wifi router allow it, can you try to connect to the 5ghz band? Do you have Bluetooth on? Does the same happen if you turn off Bluetooth?</description>

      <title>Xperia XA F3111 WiFi and mobile data problem</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;My phone has trouble with my home wifi. It's connected and it doesn't really runs smoothly. The internet is really, really slow and fails to load&amp;nbsp;Youtube movies, Facebook or other apps. It can still load up sites&amp;nbsp;but extremely slow. Even after a reboot the WiFi is slow and yet on the my other xperia device it's fast. I've also done a speed test on the wifi over the phone and it's 41.7mbps download and 34.7mbps upload and yet it still takes a long time to load apps.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Also even when my mobile data is turned off, when I restart my phone it starts using it even though it's turned off&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Same thing happens in safe mode&lt;BR /&gt;My friend opened a hotspot and allowed me to connect and everything went smoothly there, no long loading times and no disconnects.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Seems like the wifi connection you're using is the problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/491810"&gt;@YoGem&lt;/A&gt;'s suggestion, it usually works.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
