I can't figure out where is th model number and serial number fpr my sony xperia xa ultra dual sim. I bought it 3days ago but never had the chance to register the warranty.

Welcome to the community. You can find this information under Settings > About Phone. For the IMEI you can find this under Settings > About Phone > Status > IMEI information.

hi @CameronT,

I did found the model number and the serial number, but the express registration website at sony. com. my said that it'san invalid product. the form needed to fill are requiring my phone model number, serial number and ID/passport number.

Model no. : F3216
Serial no. : 4302****

but the problem is the serial number section box only can fit 7digits in it. my serial number has 8digits. So confusing..

I am not sure what the requirements are for your location and warranty. I suggest you contact your Local support team for assistance.
