xz premium screen will not shut down

I've got this xz premume for about two and half years.

sometime latelly , iguess its over a month now , that the screan will not shut down automatically.

the sleep is set up for 15 seconds.

I read many posts including this one hear in this forum

but nothing helps.

for me its a big security issue and i can't use that phone anymore like that.

I would appreciate any help.
