Sound crackling when speaker on while adjust volume

Turn on the handsfree speaker adjust the volume while having a voice from other side , each time you press the volume button will make a crackling sound ， ear-piercing. The same crackling sound will appear in beginning of all voice chat app when you press the record button or when you call.

It feels like there are some problems with the mic and In-call volume channel.Seems does not affect music media channel,I'm not sure. What I'm sure is I am not the only one complaining about this . Now many china Hong Kong version and China Mainland version user are complaining,not sure about oversea users. I hope this is a software problem can be fixed.

Maybe this has something to do with this xperia 10 issue.
