Xperia 1 II Multi Window not working. Can't find app.

Hi, as title suggests, I can't seem to do the multi window on my phone. Worked the other day but now it's not working with the shortcut and can't find the app for it.

Please help!

Do you mean split-screen mode?

Yes. When I googled it, it said it was called multi window, but same thing.

have you tried to open side sense? just tap anywhere on the side of the device. there should be an option there Multi WIndow

I had that turned off as I open it all the time by accident, and can usually still use multi window by holding the app tab button. But I've only had this phone for two weeks, so still learning!

Glad it is sorted, you can adjust the sensitivity of the side sense menu. just activate side sense and tap on the gear icon.

Long press on an app icon is the other entrance to split screen.

You will see it in the popup window that appears.
