Problemas con ajustes de sonido Xperia 1

Desde que compré el teléfono he intentado acceder a los ajustes para cambiar el tono de llamada y notificación, pero siempre que pulso aparece el mismo mensaje: "Temas sigue sin funcionar". Automáticamente se bloquea y se cierra.

can you try to change it while you are on Safe mode? just long tap power off option then device will reboot

then change the notification sound go to settings>sound>Phone ringtone or Notification Sound
