Xperia 1 ii stuck at Build 58.0.A.3.132

Dear all,

my Xperia 1 Mark ii is stuck at the version mentioned above with no updates offered. According to xperiablog.net, the october security update should be available by now. Model ist XQ-AT51 (german version).

Any ideas? I am in contact with sonygermany on twitter about this as well. I am serious about regular android security updates since I do security sensitive things with my phone.

Xperiablog may say it, but it's not on any list yet, so give it a few days after release to circulate.

As to your version, it seems that's the latest EU version.

So where did you get the phone, is it branded, and what network are you using.

Those are all factors.

Thanks for your reply. I bought the phone at the official sony store online.

So it´s a non branded version and my carrier (o2 Germany) shoudn`t matter?

Depending on your region it is possible that you'll have to wait 3 or 4 weeks after release before the update is pushed to your device.
